How does our pricing work?
Cloozo offers three different pricing plans: Mercury, Earth, and Jupiter. The Mercury plan is priced at $29 per month and is suitable for anyone getting started with chatbot business. The Earth plan is priced at $59 per month and is designed for small businesses looking to start a business around chatbot services. The Jupiter plan is priced at $99 per month and is aimed at agencies looking to sell chatbot services to their clients. All plans include various features and no character limits by Cloozo.
Can I train chatbot with my own data?
Yes, you can feed your own data to create a custom chatbot. You can upload PDF, text, and CSV files, enter website links, and soon you’ll be able to link your Notion and Airtable databases.
Can I create chatbots for my clients?
Yes, Cloozo is focused on agencies and small businesses, empowering them to start their own commercial chatbot services. Each chatbot can be created with its own OpenAI and Pinecone API key, making it unique and separated from others.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of subscription services, Cloozo does not provide refunds. All sales are final, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your billing cycle.
