What is Sheriff?
Sheriff is a Slack bot that saves you time by helping you find the right person to talk to and automatically answering questions. It supports rotating rosters and utilizes AI language understanding.
How to use Sheriff?
To use Sheriff, you can add it to your Slack workspace and visit any channel where you need assistance. If you don’t know who to ask, simply tag the Sheriff by mentioning ‘@sheriff’. Teams can set up a rotation of users to be the Sheriff for each week. Additionally, Sheriff can help you find the right channel for your conversations or suggest subject matter experts.
