How to use VoiceCheap?
1. Sign up with your Google account and connect YouTube if desired.
2. Import your video via upload or link from platforms like YouTube or Instagram.
3. VoiceCheap transcribes the video automatically; review and edit as needed.
4. Select target languages for translation, and VoiceCheap generates contextual translations.
5. Choose your dubbing option: clone the original voice, upload your voice, or select from the library.
6. Customize subtitles, manage background noise, and enable Lip Sync if needed.
7. Download the final audio or video file, or share it directly via a link.

How are tokens used in VoiceCheap?
Tokens are used for voice synthesis, video translation, and transcription services.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, subscriptions can be canceled anytime without explanation.
What type of video can I translate?
VoiceCheap can translate any type of video, whether horizontal or vertical, short or long. We can even translate audio files. However, for the moment, the maximum length of a video is 60 minutes (with creator plan).
What options exist for video translation?
Three options are available for video translation. First, direct voice cloning from the video. Second, uploading audio files for voice cloning to use in the translated video. Lastly, selecting a voice from our extensive library. The first two options cost 10000 tokens, while the last is five times cheaper (2000 tokens).
What happens if I don’t like the result of one of my dubbing?
If you’re not happy with a video translation result, just send us a message and we will refund your tokens within 48 hours. Users with an annual subscription have priority and unlimited video refund. Users with a monthly subscription are limited to 3 refunds per month.
Do I need to enter a credit card to use VoiceCheap?
No, for the free version, you don’t need a credit card to use VoiceCheap. You can simply create an account with Google.
